4. Quotes and Proposals
All quotes and proposals provided by Absort Solutions are valid for the period stated in the document. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, exchange rates, and project scope.
Any quote or proposal is not a binding contract until a formal agreement is signed by both parties.
5. Project Execution
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by site conditions, weather, material availability, and other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines but cannot guarantee completion by a specific date.
Absort Solutions reserves the right to engage subcontractors or partners to execute projects as needed to ensure quality and timely delivery.
6. Warranties
Absort Solutions warrants that all equipment and systems supplied meet the specifications set out in the agreement. We stand behind the quality of our installations and provide warranties as specified in the project contract.
- Solar panels are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, typically 10-25 years for performance.
- Inverters and batteries are covered by manufacturer warranties, typically 5-10 years.
- Installation workmanship is warranted for a period as specified in the agreement.
Warranties are void if equipment is damaged by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, or acts of nature beyond reasonable control.

We provide reliable after-sales support including maintenance, repairs, and technical assistance. Our commitment is to ensure your solar system continues to operate efficiently throughout its lifespan.

8. Financing and Payment
Absort Solutions partners with reputable financial institutions to offer flexible financing options for customers. Terms and conditions of financing are governed by separate agreements with the financial partner.
Payment schedules and terms are defined in the project agreement. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension of services or legal action.
9. Site Access and Safety
Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to their premises for installation, maintenance, and inspection. Any safety hazards on site must be disclosed before work begins.
Absort Solutions follows strict safety protocols and complies with Nigerian health and safety regulations. Our team is trained to work safely and professionally at all times.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Absort Solutions website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Absort Solutions Limited and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
Any custom designs, system configurations, or engineering plans created for a client remain the intellectual property of Absort Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Limitation of Liability
Absort Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

While we take every precaution to ensure safety, we are not liable for damages caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather events, power surges, or grid instability. We recommend installing surge protection and following all safety guidelines provided.
